Hot dogs are my personal weakness and the newly opened Bowery in Uptown serves them just the way this Mama likes them; with Champagne cocktails. Whether you like a classic Chicago dog or something more high brow with wagyu or foie gras, rest assured that all the sausages are hand-made, grass fed (where applicable) and organic; the buns are baked daily.

Poliform Kitchens at Scott + Cooner

I met the kitchen of my dreams at Scott + Cooner’s “Welcome Home Event”. It’s the latest from Poliform Kitchens. But if checking out the all the bells and whistles weren’t enough, Scott + Cooner had assembled a dream team to cook for the night - Tim Byres (Smoke ) and Marc Cassel (formerly of Park, Dragonfly at Hotel Zaza and the now defunct, Green Room).
