Some highlights include “Knife Skills” by Paul Hellman and Gunter Wilhelm, “Kitchen Feng Shui” by The Jelly Queens, “Cheese 101” by Rich Rogers of Scardello Cheese and “Easy Chocolate for Home Entertaining” by Sue Williams of Dr. Sue’s Chocolates.
