From Lemley's @ Dallas Farmers Market
We’re peach fanatics at this household. We love them naked or dressed with a little honey and mascarpone or accessorized with a generous dollop of yogurt. Whichever way you love them, enjoy them while you can. Our favorite place to get them is from Lemley’s Produce and Plants at the Dallas Farmers Market. They are by far some of the most flavorful and juicy peaches we’ve tasted. Never had a mealy one.
By the way, if you do get a mealy peach, just grill them. It changes their texture, brings out the sweetness and makes it a whole new dessert.
